Potential applicants are required to achieve a score of 80% or higher on the introductory psychometric test. If participants attain a score within the specified range, they will progress to the athletic ability test that has a numerical grading scale, requiring an achieved score of 12 or higher to move on.
Upon obtaining satisfactory marks, documentation such as resumes, college transcripts, and or military records will be requested.
After receiving the requested documentation, files are carefully evaluated to confirm that all applicants meet our adequate standards. Failure to authenticate the required credentials as listed will result in disqualification from advancing.
NxtGen Security requires all approved applicants to possess at least one of the following qualifications for further employment consideration:
• A background in law enforcement, private security, or military service.
• A bachelor's/master’s degree in criminal justice, cybersecurity, or computer science.

If cleared to advance, candidates are subjected to an in-depth vetting that includes:
• Comprehensive Background Check
• Multi-Phase Panel Interview
• Psychological Examination
• Medical Examination
• Drug Screening
Those who are selectively chosen, and pass all portions of the hiring process, are then deemed hired recruits. Shortly after, recruits will be enrolled into our next training class.

Recruits partake in a mandatory seven-week boot camp. Over the duration of this rigorous preparation term, trainees are obliged to fulfill weekly benchmarks, determined by the criteria:
• Every recruit must satisfy a range of graded cognitive courses. Specifications must be met without any exception.
• Every recruit must satisfy a range of graded fitness projections. Specifications must be met without any exception.
Additionally, validating the Class A License to Carry a Firearm (LTC-A) is essential for all of our active security guards. Recruits in for this role must acquire the license through personal initiative, prior employment, or NxtGen Security. If the license is obtained foregoing the seven-week boot camp, credentials must be verified by our Human Resources Unit (HR). Those who have not been verified by HR preceding the start date of training, will be registered for the proper requisite to procure the license. Recruits who have had their LTC-A verified by the Human Resources Unit, or are enlisted in other units, are exempt from this during the span of training.

After successfully completing the program, we proudly graduate our recruits. Subsequently, the new hires from that specific class will be added to their enlisted units and gingerly integrated into their respective roles, constituting a smooth adaptation to independent responsibilities.

Training Termination Clause:
• Incurring three strikes through rule violations such as absenteeism, failure to abide by the attire code, or inappropriate misconduct will result in termination.
• Failing the same mental benchmark twice will result in termination.
• Failing the same physical benchmark twice will result in termination.
• Any form of cheating will result in termination.

Devotion to comprehensive research, taking in-person/online educational courses, attending informative gatherings, and collaborating with outside specialists assembles our advantage. After beneficial preliminary actions, the systematic experimentations commence. Constructing new possible solutions, customized precisely to hit the target of development. Once determining the most favorable culmination, it will then be processed for approval. If accepted, implementation of that solution will begin.

Appraisal With Smart ID Badges
ID Badge - All employees are assigned a smart ID Badge.
Field Assessment (FA) Chip - Each badge is fitted with an individualized FA Chip.
Surveying Features - The installation of FA Surveying Features are embedded within the chip.
Field Assessment Performance System - Chips are connected to our FA analysis configuration, the centralized performance data tracking processors that are categorized by segmented units.
Data Collection - Employees enable the activation of their FA Chip by applying a two-tap motion to a direct region on the badge. When activated, a submission is requested to be completed via SmartApp. Documenting either the completion of daily tasks, exceeding weekly ingenuity, or engaging in distinctive action.
SmartApp - This application is installed on every work phone, designated to each employee, and seamlessly linked to the chip in their badge, allowing for the composition and submission of performance reports.
Real-Time Upload - The system receives and stores performance data as submitted.
Weekly Submissions - Employees are required to reach a minimum of five submissions per week to guarantee daily tasks are met.
Productivity Oversight - Our Analytics Unit is provided with a dashboard displaying performance submissions. Metrics for the completion of daily tasks, exceeding weekly ingenuity, and engaging in distinctive action are applied to differentiate submissions. The validation of submissions are meticulously inspected and certified for appropriate recognition.
Valued Diligence - After the review of weekly submissions to attest that daily tasks are always being executed, employees with supplemental submissions are then gauged for above-and-beyond performance. With the possibility of attaining bonus incentives, commending outstanding effort is an order.

This inclusive style not only catalyzes a spot for praise but also prompts constructive criticism we can expand on. The FA Chips have been engineered to instill the reinforcement of positive dynamics. Although we inherently trust our staff, the incorporation of this tool inspires a competitive nature, eliminating room for deficiencies. Introduced weekly incentives are distributed to those showcasing ample effort based on their performance submissions, stimulating admirable perseverance. Rewards are revealed at end-of-week socials, requiring the attendance of all staff. Honoring these accomplishments facilitates company bonding, consolidating solidarity amidst units, and enriching the unified work ethic that embodies us. For those confronted with struggle, submissions will signify if and when personnel are in need of assistance. Duty counseling will then be applied, supporting staff as family.
If, for any reason, an employee is caught falsely intensifying their submissions, immediate termination will occur due to integrity complications.
Where It Began
This legacy started from associates who shared interests. Graduating with earned criminal justice degrees, and experience gained from multiple law enforcement agencies. Between this knowledge and the drive to help others, the pot began to stir. Through exploration, an unexpected purpose was found in private security, seeing a pattern of imperfection within the profession. Maximizing niches, the answer to filling voids was evident, and the idea was born.
